In a crock pot make several layers of:
sliced hot dogs or weiners (but not all beef, they seem to get tough)
chopped onions (dehydrated work well to help thicken the dish)
Diced green chilies (I just use canned)
Crushed pineapple (my secret ingredient)
and BBQ sauce (your favorite kind works well)
then make another layer of them and another etc
Let cook all day on low or for a few hours on high.
Serve over rice or noodles or with chips and have your favorite toppings available: diced fresh onions, grated cheese, chopped tomoatoes, etc etc.
